Rubber Lined Ball Mill

Ceramic Ball Mill
It is mainly used to mix and grind materials。Fineness of product is homogeneous and saves dynamic. It can be used for dry and wet grinding. This machine can adopt different liner types according to production requirement to meet different needs. Fineness of grinding operation is controlled automatically depending on grinding time.

Mineral Ball Mill

The overflow ball mill has the advantage of relatively simple structure --no grate fence, high fineness and comparable less ball load etc.Widely used in the second segment fine grinding or the requirement for comparable finer products.
Grate Ball Mill
The grate ball mill is usually used in the first segment of the two stages, or place of discharging the rough ore. The grate ball mill is roughly composed of the cylinder, cylinder liner,big gear ring, discharging grate,and ore feeding device.
In the head cover of the hollow shaft of the discharging end, it has bearing inner cover and discharging grate installed and the later is made from central liner, grate liner and dustpan liner etc. There are eight radial rib casted on the inner wall of the head cover, which divide the head cover into 8 fan rooms.
Overflow Type Ball Mill
The overflow ball mill has relatively simple structure--the advantage of no grate fence, high fineness in grinding, and less ball loading etc. Widely used in the second segment or place of comparably finer product.
When the motor drive the pinion and the big gear rotating, the material will get into the cylinder from the left end through the hollow shaft neck from the material feeding device. The cylinder are loaded certain weight of ball as the grinding media.
